Rotary Autoclave uses high-temperature circulating water as sterilization medium and sprays hot water.   The sample container is fixed on the rotating sterilizing clip to ensure the sample is heated evenly and sterilized.   The sterilization system of medical sterilizer has special temperature monitoring point, which can effectively monitor and correct the temperature of sterilization process and output sterilization curve to ensure sterilization.

Fat milk in the sterilization process, such as heating time is too long, resulting in protein solidification and deterioration.   Therefore, the control of sterilization temperature and time in fat milk is more strict.   Because of the good heat transfer in the flow, when the fat milk is sterilized, the can is constantly shaking in the tank, the liquid is in a relatively flowing state, the product sterilization temperature is more uniform, and the crystallization of the crystal is completely eliminated.   Precipitation phenomenon.
